Blind Faith was an English blues rock band that comprised Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker, Steve Winwood, and Ric Grech. The band, which was one of the first “super-groups”, released their only album, Blind Faith, in August 1969. They were stylistically similar to the bands in which Winwood, Baker, and Clapton had most recently participated, Traffic and Cream. They helped to pioneer the genre of blues/rock fusion.

The Vinyl:
This is the original thick heavier chunky slab of vinyl only found like this on the earliest pressings. On visual inspection I can’t see any needle scratches or indeed any marks that would cause any clicks or pops. Any marks that could possibly be seen anglerd in strong light would be light whyspy sleeve removal type only. The playing surface is lovely Near Mint.

The Audio Quality:
I have played this vinyl at very loud volume prior to this listing on a top system.  The audio is cristal clear and vibrant through out no distortion or any signs of groove wear at all. I heard no clicks or pops during the play of this vinyl. Lovely sounding copy. Audio graded at near mint in my opinion.

The Matrix Endings:
Side 1″A#1″
Side 2″B#1″

The Labels:
These are the original 1st issue Polydor Labels: Amazingly I can’t se any spidering at all, no spindle wear the hole is perfectly round. This has obviously only had very minimal play in my opinion this look totally unplayed condition.

The Record Sleeve:
This is the original poly lined plain white record sleeve light creasing, browning, becoming fragile with age only.

The Cover:
This is the original 1st issue E.J.Day & Co ltd gate fold cover laminated front only. Almost like new incredibly rare to find like this. There are no  creases on the front or rear to mention this is nice and straight as it should be. no edge splits or tares. This cover is like it just came out of the shop in my opinion. I would grade this graded at  Near Mint in my opinion.
