Piece of Mind is the fourth studio album by British heavy metal band Iron Maiden, originally released in 1983 by EMI, and by Capitol in the US, where it was reissued later by Sanctuary/Columbia Records. It was the first album to feature drummer Nicko McBrain, who had recently left the Paris-based band Trust and has been Iron Maiden’s drummer ever since. Piece of Mind was a critical and commercial success, reaching No. 3 in the UK Albums Chart and achieving platinum certification in the UK and North America.

The Vinyl:
This is the original thick heavier chunky slab of vinyl only found like this on the earliest pressings. On visual inspection I can’t see any needle scratches or indeed any marks that would cause any clicks or pops. Any marks that could possibly be seen angled in strong light would be light whyspy sleeve removal type only. The playing surface is clean with light sleeve removal surface marks only.
The Audio Quality:
I have not played this vinyl but visually I would expect this to sound at least excellent. Please contact me for a full audio grading.

The Labels:
These are clean. Any spidering can be seen angled to the light and there is little if no spindle wear the hole is perfectly round. This has obviously only had very minimal play in my opinion.
The Record Sleeve:
This is the original plain white paper sleeve. No splits or tares
The Cover:
This is the original 1st issue UK un laminated cover. There are no real nasty creases on the front to mention this is nice and straight as it should be. no edge splits or tares. The rear is also lovely. This cover is like it just came out of the shop in my opinion. I would grade this at least excellent to excellent plus in my opinion.
